a meeting place which will be convienient to you and the driver.
All cars shipping to Hawaii are door to port only. Car owner (or legal representtive)
himself can release the car from port. In this case the flat price includes pickup
with a carrier, tolls, fuel, tax, loading to ship and unloading from ship. Once
arrived to Hawaii car Should be pickup from within 24 hours.
Open car transport is simply like its name states it: open trailer. This is the most
common and the cheapest way to ship vehicles in the industry. Usually an open car carrier hauls
6-10 vehicles, depend on the carrier size and the type of loads. If the customer did not
say otherwise, an open car transport will be assigned automatically.
Most of the times your vehicle will be placed by the order of deliveries (less
handling), but, if you have special requests (to be on the top, to be the first on the bottom),
most drivers will try to adjust (sometimes an additional fee is required to guarantee placing).
Enclosed car transport is made by trailer haulers. They usually carry 1-4 vehicles on
board. Usually used for classic cars, luxury cars, sport cars. Enclosed carriers
are not very common as open carrier and this is why they also cost more ($400-$500
difference). Shipping your car in an enclosed carrier is the safest way for
cars with special moditifications.
Express car shipping service guarantees a 48 hours pick up window. There will
be an additional fee in this case. Express service is usually used when
the pickup window is very narrow.
Another way we ship cars is with a personal transporter, usually a flat bed truck
that carries ONLY your vehicle. The vehicle will not be driven except for
loading to the truck and unloading.
this driver will be assignec only to service you so the transit time is very
fast but an additional fee is required.
We also offer Drive away service,in this case your vehicle will be driven
by a professional driver that is fully insured and licensed.
This is a very unique service that is not used very often but we offer it in case you
need it!
Motorcycles are usually transported in an enclosed carrier specially
designed to carry bikes. The bike will be strapped and tied carefully.
There is also an option for a custom made crate for your bike but that
would be additional cost tAY do it only if you have a very special
and/or very expensive bike with lots of modifications. All the above goes for
ATV as well.
We provide transport service to small cars as well as bigger vehicles like SUV,
Van,Minivan and Jeep. The price on these vehicles is usually a little bit more
expensive since the car is bigger and heavier and the truck driver will need
to load less vehicles. Usually a customer is allowed to have additional weight up to 75
Ibs of soft goods in the trunk. In this case since there is no trunk available, soft
goods (no fragile, no valuables) should be strapped behind the back seat and secure. The
insurance will not cover any damages occured inside the car.
Moving heavy equipment requires careful planning and planning and rigorous handling.
We also provide service for over-sized vehicles. Pickup time and delivery time may
vary in this case. Special heavy equipment need to be arranged at least 3-4 weeks prior.
Special permits to transport in certain states should be arranged prior to loading.
